We moved from Mississauga to Ottawa in November 2022. Our start time was at 8am and we were surprised how punctual our movers were. They contacted us 10 min prior to arrival informing that they will reach the pickup location 8am sharp. They came and inspected TV, appliances, and all fragile items and started their work very smoothly. They were organized and ensured that they took all the heavy items with caution, wrapped with moving blankets and shrink wrap and with enough safety. We offered assistance but they were very efficient in their way. This was my third move and first time I experienced such professionalism and safety on my property. Delivery was also smooth and no damage to property or belongings. We are extremely satisfied with their process of packing, disassembling, assembling and unpacking and organizing.
Will recommend their service to anyone who is searching for best service, punctuality, technique of moving heavy items and no hidden fees.

Misha and Maksar’s team from High Level Movers were incredible. They are simply amazing. We were moving a large 4 bedroom house, up and down many stairs and they moved everything with ease, by working as an experienced team and making sure everything was done properly. They were careful and considerate with our belongings. They went the extra mile whenever it was needed. Guys worked for nearly eight hours straight to make sure the job was done right. They didn’t leave without making sure that everything was where it needed to be. It was more like having your friends come over and take control of your move than it was having a team from a moving company doing the job for you. If you are trying to decide on a moving company, just call these guys. Your move will be made so much easier.

My husband and I recently moved and used the services of High Level Movers. We had Alex and Nero to help us with our move. Both were absolutely amazingly helpful.
They quickly worked out how to organize the truck for the best safety and security of our items. They wrapped delicate items carefully and worked as a team to get it done. They were very quick and efficient. The service was excellent from both of them and they actually made our move fun. Attention to detail we are excellent. We had a few tricky big items to move around tight corners (treadmill, baby grand piano and fireplace), they made this look easy and planned it out to get the job done.
Honestly my stress level was so low for this move because of these two excellent guys and their professionalism. I’ll definitely use them again and would recommend them as a professional moving service.

We wish to thank you for your excellent service and professional manner regarding our recent move. You were very careful to tell us about all the potential problems and you were very accommodating to our needs. You estimated the job on site, gave a realistic price, and delivered on all your promises. This is a real pleasure to see in a world of excuses, where performance often falls short of what is promised. Though your price was not the lowest we received, we truly believe it represented exceptional value compared to all others.

Your 4 man crew arrived on time, were courteous and friendly and always most accommodating. We enjoyed having them do our move. They worked steadily and hard in order to get the job done in the best of time. We were impeded by a heavy snowstorm that day but it did not deter them. Alex showed his wisdom and experience as he packed the load tight as a drum and no exterior damage has resulted. We were most pleased by their work.

We would heartily recommend them and your company to our family, friends or anyone seeking a dependable moving company. thank you again for your assistance.

It was a great experience with excellent team for my all moving need, their support, packing, loading, unloading with unpacking all are superb, my household truck reached some hours late due to some technical problems on the way but i think this is not a movers fault, overall their commitment and services is so good, i definitely recommend High Level Movers with my all colleagues and friends for there relocation need in future.
