Originally I was going to purchase a 10th gen i7 NUC but after speaking to James I went for the INTEL 10TH GEN Desk Mini PC with i5 10400. I'm so glad I had the chat with James, now I've got better spec pc which is fully upgradeable. I went for the upgraded cooler and it runs near silently. All arrived safely within promised delivery time slot. Would definitely recommend. Speak to James before you purchase and explain your requirements and you'll be glad that you did.

Although I ended up not making a purchase, I have to say that the customer support and advice was top notch. I will definitely consider them for future purchases

Was looking for a computer to do 4K video editing, I thought I knew what I was looking for until I had spoken to James. He pointed me in the right direction and custom built what I required.
I am so please I took his valuable advise. I now have something that is certainly doing what I need and also upgradable if required later on..The customer service from these guys are second to non !

So I Don’t Often do Reviews for Tech Items as in my humble opinion you will only really find out how good a Company is by their after sales. Initial Price and delivery Very good. After 11 Months the unit failed after running 24x7 constant. Called Inside Tech support Item returned and replaced within days. Fast Prompt Service All round and top notch product support.

I wanted a fairly powerful but quiet (fanless) computer to replace the one I had used for around 10 years. I ordered the i7 NUC Fanless from Inside-Tech. It is a wonderful little computer and the size disguises what is inside. An i7 CPU, 16GB memory, an SSD and Hard Drive.
The case is well styled and serves the purpose of keeping the PC quiet. It rarely gets more than warm. I have now been using it and can say that I am completely satisfied. It is extremely quick and as it haas a VGA interface as well as HDMI I was abe to use my existing Monitor.
I did have issues with it as soon as it arrived, where it would not power up. James Supported me well and after trying a few suggestions, I returned the device and within a week it was returned to me working perfectly. I wanted to wait for a month before reviewing, as I always think it is difficut to review something a day after receiving it.

I am very pleased with the PC and support, my only negative is that there is no documentation and without stripping apart I am not able to see whether it is upgradeable in the future.

I would recommend this PC. It is so small it gets lost on your desk and belies the power inside.

Very good value mini pc, good service if you have any issues

Customer service was excellent during the order process and several months later when I thought I had a problem (which was in fact resolved via 1 email from Inside-Tech). Communications from Inside-Tech were very helpful and polite, but also sounded like they came from real people rather than created via automated templates.

The NUC with ROON ROCK preinstalled is an excellent product and helpful phone advice was given before purchase.

Because of the high cost of the Roon Nucleus offerings, I had been looking for a Roon Rock Intel NUC based vehicle to run a Roon Core without having to test my limited IT build skills on a kit. Inside Tech was able to supply an exact copy of the Roon Nucleus + build in a fan free case for less than a third of the price even when taking into account the 2TB SSD storage I specified. The unit arrived promptly and worked perfectly on a plug and play basis straight from the box. Very highly recommended particularly if looking for a Roon Nucleus alternative

Customer service outstanding

I came across Inside-Tech whilst looking for a Mini-PC for one of my customers. I required a specification that I couldn't find elsewhere. The Mini-PCs are well made with a range that can be specified to satisfy the most demanding requirements. Windows installed and updated to the latest version and without manufacturers pre-loaded bloatware that is not required.

Suffice to say, I have just ordered another 2 PCs bringing the total to about 10.

Inside-tech is the most professional PC retailer I've ever known!

Explained my requirements and James guided me away from overspecification for the task the unit was to perform. A minor delivery hiccup (missing aerials) was resolved by next day delivery. So impressed I bought a duplicate unit (Fanless i3) as a failover jump server and then went back to get a third unit, much higher fanless i7, also wonderfully silent, spec, for number crunching and handling the CCTV to replace my ageing laptop. so light they are mounted to the desk using 50mm VELCRO !! I'm impressed with the units, the company, the advice and the customer service. I have already been recommending it to friends and colleagues... I was lucky to find them.. I was about to buy an inferior fanless device in a cheap form factor from Netherlands, and 50% higher price
Would be good to see recommended items such as KVMs, high quality cables and affordable, reliable keyboards and mice, either from stock, or as links to product to buy elsewhere.

The mini PC is very small and quiet. It looks smart and is much faster than I thought it was going to be. Great value for money. I had a few problems to start with and received excellent customer service via the online chat facility and then by email until a solution was proposed that I am more than happy with. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Came across this company whilst looking for a Mini-PC for my daughter. Placed and order and the help and support offered by James was well and above what one would expect. Full updates and customer experience was absolutely 100%. I can highly recommend this company to anyone be it SoHo or SME. Service provided beats hands down any one else.
