After a long research and already one failed attempt, I found in Dr. Marc Lucas Weber the perfect mentor for me to successfully establish my coaching business for the right target group.

Through his trusting and open manner, a very good connection between us developed immediately.
Marc has the gift to divide even the most comprehensive tasks into such small and clear steps that I can go through them with absolute ease, quickly and with wonderful results.

His feedback has amazed me many times, because his detailed and complex view reveals the deep knowledge and skill behind it, and as a result both my positioning and my elaborations develop into an absolutely coherent overall statement.

Marc himself is very successful in an unagitated way, so that my success, which is to be increased with his support, becomes a matter of course, without - as with other coaches - the mega hype on it.
I find this very relaxing and I am absolutely sure that with Marc's help I can finally - and above all quickly - realize my professional goals and plans.

Having an expert like Dr. Weber at your side allows you to be systematic from the beginning and establish the habits you need to reach a certain goal; not only career-wise, but also personally. We are the sum of our habits. Dr. Marc teaches you how important these are and how to develop these good habits.
