I switched to marcapo two months ago and have not regretted my decision.
My team gave me a very warm welcome and I was well trained in the many different areas. Communication is respectful, open and at eye level. Not just in my department, but throughout the entire company. The work is challenging, varied and fun.
I'm looking forward to the rest of our time together!

My impressions of the application process and after two months of working at marcapo:

I was very positively surprised by the application process.
The entire process was quick and transparent, and communication was always proactive on the part of marcapo. I've had very different experiences with other companies.
Between signing the contract and the first day of work, there was always an exchange with marcapo with useful information and ideas for preparation.

Two months have now passed since the onboarding and I have been able to get to know a company culture that I find very pleasant. From day one, I was met with a lot of trust, we work together as equals at every level and the working atmosphere is really pleasant.

What impresses me is the opportunity and the active encouragement on the part of the company to take advantage of further training in a professional and personal context. I already did this in the early days.

Activities outside of work are also organized and carried out among colleagues and with the support of marcapo.

Overall, I am very satisfied and look forward to the future

The first impression was very good, but then it turned negative. Unfortunately, there were very long pauses in communication. It was only after asking several times that I received information about the status of my application, but it was very vague and didn't really give any concrete details about how things would proceed for me. At the beginning, everything was supposed to happen very quickly, but then months passed, only to receive a rejection at the end.

I had a telephone interview which was very pleasant and appreciative. Even though I was unfortunately not hired, I would like to thank you very much for the respect you showed me.

A standard rejection with "we have so many..." is a disregard for the candidate, does not correspond to the current situation and does not speak for the seriousness of the company.

I was integrated into the team right from the start and feel very comfortable at marcapo. The specified corporate culture is really lived here, so I was able to make contacts quickly, because even outside my own department I was always met in a very open and friendly way.
My tasks are varied and I receive very good training and induction. The demands are high and, in my opinion, just right, as they motivate me every day and even if I get stuck, I always get help and detailed explanations. I also think it's positive that I was quickly given independent projects that I have to take care of regularly.
I think the trainee mentoring concept is particularly successful, as my trainee mentor always has an open ear for me, assigns me enough work and shows a great deal of interest in my professional development within the company.

I am totally satisfied with everything.

I have been with Marcapo for just under two months. For me, it was/is a new area in my professional life and I am positively surprised and look forward to diving deeper into the topic of advertising consulting. In my department, I am taken very well by the hand and if I have questions, I am picked up directly. I also think it's great that you can continue your training internally on your own and thus constantly expand your know-how.

Good communication by phone or mail

The application process was transparent and well structured. I always received timely feedback on the current status. The online interview was very pleasant and informative. I got a comprehensive and very positive impression of both the subject areas and the working atmosphere at marcapo. It doesn't get any better than that. :-)

On the subject of further training: on a personal level, I have already seen many offers and am happy to take advantage of them.

Agile working: I have the impression that there is always an attempt to produce a usable/value-adding first version of something as quickly as possible and to supply it to users.

I have made the experience that ideas and suggestions for improvement are generally gladly accepted and implemented.

These are my first impressions after 2 months at marcapo - many things I might not have discovered yet and overall my impression is very positive.

More information about the company and the advertised position would be good in the job advertisement. Otherwise, email and telephone contact were very good and informative. I would like to compliment Ms. Matern and Mr. Bauer.

Please allow more time in the future, even if it is "only" a telephone interview. 30 minutes is simply too little. Especially when you are told that the next applicant is already waiting and that you therefore have no more time. I didn't get the feeling in the interview that it was about me or about the company, but only about numbers. Also, I didn't quite understand the downgrading of my salary requirement due to any unfulfilled "pillars". Personally, I find the question of whether money is the most important thing to me very unprofessional. Especially when I am offered significantly less than my current salary. I personally find it very unfortunate that this telephone interview in particular led to my decision to end the application process.

It would be nice to know what the reason was that I got a rejection. This feedback is very important for applicants and would show that the company is seriously interested in people as they so often emphasized in the interview. They also ask me directly for feedback regarding the application process. Why, then not give an applicant honest feedback? That would only be fair, instead of a general message I got. After marcapo has received many details about me, as well as private (children, family status, etc.) from me and emphasizes "seeing employees as not just a number", I wonder why a Harrisson Assessment task/analysis is necessary after an interview. This is to be seen as critical, where an AI creates a characteristics of the applicant and marcapo actually does not want "numbers". Accordingly, we could have saved ourselves the interview, which lasted over 1 hour. Comparison: Global players such as adidas, Puma, Hugo Boss, etc. do not work with such systems at this level. I have the impression that I was sorted out because of the system.

Working in the marketing department is fun, the interaction with superiors and other colleagues is always respectful and the working atmosphere is pleasant. (Honestly - we're already a cool bunch!).

Even after many years, I'm still burning for the idea behind local marketing. My commitment to the numerous people and companies that entrust themselves to us is unbroken and I enjoy it. I am as happy as the first day and love my varied activities. The future images of marcapo are always matters of the heart and absolutely worthwhile. The work with customers and service providers is value-oriented and at eye level. I am very proud to be a part of this great company that also values and promotes me.
