At first I was skeptical, is this high investment in personnel search worth it? But after we had already tried some media (classic newspaper, portals, etc.) and have paid here a lot of apprenticeship money, I'm convinced that we could have saved and should have turned directly to Mr. Krüger and his team.
A small tip to finish off, it is best to book a photo or film recording, because in our digital world, which is characterized by (moving) images, this is the best way to achieve the best results - to find the best employees for your company.

We commissioned Krüger Consulting GmbH for a job - campaign and are very satisfied with the results.
The communication and consultation was always transparent and goal-oriented. The campaign is customized for each company individually and according to their own wishes, so that it fits best to the CI of the company.
Requests for changes or adjustments were worked out together and implemented quickly, so that the campaigns achieved the greatest possible benefit for us.
As a medium-sized company, we previously had great problems finding qualified applicants. Since we launched the campaign together with Krüger Consulting, we have received many potential applications from qualified candidates.
We would hire Krüger Consulting again at any time!
