Mr. Covelli reviewed my PKV. A better tariff was found, which was also cheaper.
In addition, risk surcharges were withdrawn and additional insurances were adjusted.

I had my PKV tariff reviewed, which was found to be currently good. I got the contact from a work colleague and am very satisfied with the process and result.
The arrangements were made via cell phone and face time; absolutely competent and reliable, also very pleasant personal contact.
According to the agreement, I would have been recommended to change the tariff only if this would have been worthwhile for me. Since this was not necessary, I did not incur any costs.
For further evaluation of the process, we agreed on a check-up later.
Very clear recommendation!

With regard to a consultation or a conclusion of private health insurance, we are unfortunately not spoiled and have already been exploited in this regard. This time, we sought advice ourselves. This was online very friendly, very transparent and in my estimation also competent. I gave full marks, although I did not obtain any comparison offers. The change of tariff was not recommended with me, with my wife seems to be a great advantage. I am pleased with the approach. The costs for added value onTop GmbH I consider absolutely excessive in view of the hours worked for it, some restraint there would be fair and even more trustworthy. In view of the saved contributions with the PKV these costs are to be gotten over then however. But I knew that before the consultation, here the facts were transparent. Thanks to Mr. Covelli.

Prompt response, friendly and good advice, "open cards" if there is no good way to optimize the insurance. For older (otherwise tech-savvy) people a little too fast with the online signatures, but ultimately no problem arose.
