The coaching was a unique experience for me. I did not think that I could still learn so much about myself. Since Birgit is very empathetic and incredibly sympathetic, I quickly gained trust and was able to open up. The worksheets and conversations from it, are still very helpful to me today. She definitely over performed my expectations, and her work is more than worth the money. I started working with Birgit on different topics and every session was a total game changer. I had my first coaching session with Birgit on Positive Intelligence. She took the time to explain the concept, gave practical tips throughout the session and even did an excercise with me at the end of the session. I left the coaching feeling very grounded and happy. I was recommended Positive Intelligence (PQ) but was not sure it would help me in my daily life but I was amazed at how well it actually did work. If feeling uneasy, if in a big or small situation, I now use the techniques I learned in the PQ program. It helps me in all areas of my life, private and at work. I also learned what unconscious programs I had since a child that I thought I had outgrown. PQ is to be recommended to everyone and should be taught in our education systems to our youth.
