Due to a sudden request from our father for a waiver of inheritance, we initially contacted Dr. Senatore in writing. We are not yet able to place a direct order (also for cost reasons) and will have to wait for the eventual inheritance. But Dr. Senatore answered the very important questions in a very friendly manner and at very short notice. He was able to put our minds at ease for the time ahead. We are grateful for this and can only recommend the law firm and Dr. Senatore to others.

I quickly needed a reliable and legally sound expert opinion in a complex case. Dr. Westpfahl was able to provide me with the detailed, legally substantiated summary that I needed in this difficult contractual situation. Thanks to her expertise, I established a very good strategy with my contractual partner and was able to act flexibly. Which was the goal. I don't promise too much, she is an excellent lawyer with a remarkable ability to immediately understand her clients' circumstances and offer solutions. And solutions are what matter. What also impressed me was the uncomplicated communication with her. Always available quickly or a short call-back time. Should I need legal support again, I will turn to Dr. Westpfahl again with confidence. A big thank you once again. Strategy worked. Case solved.

Mr. Sali from Rose & Partner was very friendly and, after an initial brief telephone conversation, immediately took on the matter of a dispute under Italian law. He was able to get an overview on the same day and got back to us immediately. Finally, he forwarded the documents to a colleague in Milan so that a specialist in Italian law can now deal with our case directly.
