Mag. Flatz was an absolute stroke of luck. After a precise and detailed consideration of all expected obstacles and success rates with regard to upcoming civil and criminal litigation, the optimal solution was sought and found. In the course of a separation, the opposing side continuously (unjustifiably) stirred up "mud" in an attempt to demoralize and intimidate.
Mag. Flatz was able to fend off all these accusations and at the same time calm me down even before the negotiations, since in these highly personal areas things were usually correspondingly emotional.
In the end, I came out of everything with a smaller fortune, but at least I did not have a criminal record (because of these false accusations, neither did I have to go into private bankruptcy, or the like, but I was allowed to keep my dignity.
I share my custody, live in an affordable apartment and was compensated by the assignment of property rights of my old apartment and can start a new life.
