One email for every bill. With two kids, that leads to a flood of emails. It’s a real hassle to open all those emails...... The text in the email is very generic. It looks like they’re just processing them in bulk :-(.

The children should always be treated by the same doctor, even if that limits the appointment options. At the very least, this should be mentioned.
