A very good presentation, packed with lots of information.
I liked that examples were used to show how sales can be increased and existing patients can be retained. I think they often fall behind. I personally took away a lot. Thank you.

Better through simpler !
I use Edently software solutions in my dental practice. I could not believe before how well and positively the patients accept this e-mail service and the appointment reminders. As if by itself, my appointment calendar is getting fuller, patients are grateful not to miss their check-ups anymore. In addition, Thilo Mann is an open-hearted and competent advisor. He was able to answer many questions from the area of organization and management of a dental practice from his extensive experience or with the recommendation of a competent contact. Try it out, it is worth it ! Clear recommendation!
