Yesterday my almost 5 year old motorhome was treated at VENALO. It has over 40,000 km behind it and has been on some pretty "wild" pitches all over Europe, so there were already some scratches in the paint and resin residues that I couldn't get rid of myself. The rain run-off marks from the roof were increasingly difficult to get rid of and the sealing profiles were not white, but gray. A motorhome driver friend of mine enthusiastically recommended Venalo, who had treated his vehicle with the 9Hplus ceramic sealant more than a year ago. The contact with Venalo was very pleasant and professional right from the start. From the telephone consultation to making the appointment to collecting the finished vehicle, I was always dealt with by very friendly, motivated and competent staff. A rental vehicle was provided free of charge and a hotel was offered. The vehicle was dropped off on Tuesday afternoon and picked up on Thursday morning. The vehicle looked like new and the handover was professional and informative, including a detailed explanation of the work steps and problem areas by the employee carrying out the work.

the 7-year warranty on the sealing and any additional warranty was also very positive. I have never written such a long review before, but my wife and I were really impressed.

We had our new Q4 e-tron sealed at Venalo in Bühl a few weeks ago.

The first thing that excited us was the result of the work itself. The shine with which the car shines and the "Lotus effect" are indescribable. In relatively heavy rain and about 50 Kmh, the water has been away from the windshield by itself, so that the wipers had almost "nothing to do". Another point is the washing and maintenance of the vehicle. It goes much easier than usual, of course. It is simply class.

For our new motorhome, we wanted to have a high-quality sealant applied. Therefore, we looked around on the Internet for a company. The presentation of the company VENALO appealed to us best. In a phone call, everything was explained to us again. We were convinced by the offer, despite the journey of about 700 km.
In addition to a free rental car (except for fuel costs), an excellent hotel was arranged for us.
The agreed appointment was kept. We were treated in a consistently friendly and competent manner. Our motorhome was sealed as promised and we were impressed. As described to us in the preliminary conversation, the motorhome was handed over to us. An impressive shine, a super processing inside and outside. It should be noted in any case that we were not "talked up", it was clearly said what makes sense and what would not be so expedient.
