My expectations were surpassed in every way, from the staff being communicative and transparent (not just trying to sell things but rather listening to the patient and presenting long-term strategic options and solutions), to the new modern clinic with amazing facilities, amenities, and highest levels of safety and sanitation. I live in the United States, and Vera Clinic is in Istanbul Turkey, so it was a huge trip for me. Zahi Walked me through every step of the way, including a package that took care of everything, they could not have made it any easier for me. It was more than just a hair transplant. I got to see and enjoy another city in another country across the world with excellent accommodations, they made me feel special, the food was great. The sites were great, and the clinic was so beautiful and clean. It’s way more than a hair transplant.
I urge people to enjoy the sights and hotel pool before the procedure cause there are proper guidelines to follow afterwards. Vera Clinic knows what it’s doing, I healed very nicely and never had any complications. I personally feel like their cleanliness and medical standards are top notch in the world.

Was a really smooth process, everything was taken care of for me which made things a lot easier when I got there and meant I could relax a bit more. My consultant Zahi was really good at getting back to me quickly to any questions I had. The team at the Clinic were really good and the translator made it a much smoother process as I knew there was nothing being lost in translation between myself and the doctors.

I had positive experience with Vera Clinic. It’s scary going to foreign country for a procedure and Vera Clinic was very helpful. Pickup from airport was smooth, no issues. Everyday they notify you for the next step. The clinics was very clean and someone was always with you. What I really liked was when they wash your hair for the first time there is doctor checking to make sure everything is good. After a month when I reach out to Sally Sara, she responses and gets back after consulting the doctor. It’s really hard to find great customer service and she’s been very supportive and I do recommend Vera Clinic.

I'm 47 and in phase 6 to 7 baldness. I took a chance going for this transplant yet it was money well spent. Although, do not wait until my age or phase 6 to 7 baldness, as you will have a better return/amount of hair growth on your head, don't leave it, don't hesitate, it really works!
The process is exactly how it reads on the site. When there, they consult and take you through everystep. The hotel stay is with Elite hotels and a fantastic setup. All consultants and staff work really hard and have your best interests in mind - Adam my first point of contact over WhatsApp was superb and supplied enough info before during and after the transplant. The consultation even on Finasteride was informative when there (something which is not always needed yet, my baldness phase requires it) and the supplements offered afterwards were a personal choice and I didn't feel pressured to purchase them - I don't think they're a massive necessity for the growth as you could buy other products cheaper such as alpecin shampoo or similar vitamins, so don't feel pressured. One major issue if you purchased any liquid products and you need to fly back home, your are going to have to pay for the bag to be put in the belly of the plane. As said earlier, all advice from the staff and the website is very good yet, I would go a little bit beyond their advice for the best possible results i.e. I didn't drink alcohol for 3 months prior, I changed my diet to eating meat, fish, more fruit and veg, cut the carbs right down and increased my exercise before the transplant. I've continued eating the same way since and didn't exercise, bend over or do anything vigorous for 21 days and I slept upright for exactly 10 days after the transplant. So if you take on board their advice, some of what I've followed and use this clinic, the likelihood of your success is more than good.

Over a year ago I decided that I want a hair transplant! Was searching and watching videos for about a month for hair clinics non of looked good with the results, till I found Vera Clinic! I started my consultation, Sally my medical consultant she was amazing from the start to finish, she answered all my questions, explained all treatment packages that includes hotel and transportation, and prices. Everything set and I traveled from San Francisco to Istanbul! The staff were great, from the moment I got to the clinic till the last day! The operation itself was around 5-6 hrs the pain I felt out of 6 hrs was only 7mins when they applied the local anesthesia! Other than that it was a flawless operation and amazing experience.
During the healing, shedding, and the hair growth period, I always followed all instructions I got provided from the clinic, and always taking my medication and vitamins till this day.
Year later the results is fantastic, couldn’t be more happier and grateful for what Vera Clinic has done for me, I’m very thankful and I highly recommend you to check it out.

I was impressed by how extremely well organized they are, how good the communication is and also by the outstanding service quality. I had my hairtransplant done three months ago and things are going very well. The five day trip to Istanbul and the many visits to the clinic were a very good experience. Also the five star hotel they gave me was completely out if this world! This short visit to Istanbul was honestly the best vacation trip I had in my whole life and even the day of surgery felt like holidays. My experience with Vera Clinic has so far been very positive. My consultant is Mükremin and he is very helpful and communicates very well. I had a hair transplant two days ago and the process has been smooth and all of the details were arranged very well. From before I arrived in Turkey, I could see that Mükremin and Vera Clinic had a very professional logistical operation which made me feel safe traveling to Turkey knowing all of the details would be taken care of. The reviews for the clinic were amazing, the website has a lot of information to consider and the social media pages also have a lot of before and afters to look through. The day of the operation was long but the staff was very friendly and the translation was great. I felt very comfortable with the team and with the process itself. The surgery is intense, which is expected since it is long, but they continued to check on me and try to make me as comfortable as possible. Everyone was receptive to my needs.

I am resting on day 3 now with a lot of swelling. There was some pain on day 1 but no pain after that. I'm resting at the hotel, trying to stay hydrated and I continue to communicate with Mükremin to ask questions about the healing process. The hotel they arranged for me is incredible and the driver picks you up from the airport to the hotel and then to the clinic and back as needed.

I would highly recommend this clinic and I would come back myself if I were to consider another procedure. A special thanks to Mükremin for his patience and kindness throughout the process.

I made a trip from the US to Istanbul in December, for a hair transplant at Vera Clinic. It was a big decision, going for the ~4000 grafts with the PRP Laser FUE option and Oxycure, but I felt it was the right move.
I'll be honest, I was a bit nervous about having such a major procedure done in a foreign country. But from the moment I started interacting with Mr. Malek at Vera Clinic, those nerves just melted away. He was so welcoming and reassuring.

Mr. Malek took the time to walk me through everything, answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable. And you know what? The procedure itself was surprisingly painless. The staff were total pros, and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time.
