We were able to experience Ms Kasparek's presentation "The personnel organization in changing times" at the Best Days in Düsseldorf. It was absolutely practical; we took a lot of impulses with us, because Ms. Kasparek very skillfully and with great wit let the "old-school time" and the current challenges interact, so that, among other things, all generations can get a lot more understanding for each other with the tools received. I think the tip to use the medikit app is great. I have a client with 40 employees in the practice. That would be very helpful there.
The idea of teaching an assistant the basics of billing is also very good, and dentists should be able to write small plans.
I would also like to have this lecture as audio.

On March 10/11, I was a participant (including my own small presentation) at the Benchmarking Event in Düsseldorf. It was a great event with a difference, where the participating practices received honest feedback on key figures relevant to their practice and business.

The event was prepared by the Synchrodent team with attention to detail and carried out with passion. The atmosphere was very friendly and collegial despite all transparency. In short: it is fun with you! Great format, you don't have so many long-standing customers for nothing.
