I found access to myself through the 7-week transformation program. I had many fears: fear of loss and fear of commitment at the same time. My relationships always ended at the same point. My self-worth and self-love were almost non-existent. I always had relationships that ended in drama. I have been working with my inner child for a year now. Two months ago, I consciously went through the 7-week program every day with great concentration. It was super exhausting and involved a lot of tears. Conclusion: I am much lighter with myself, see my counterpart and understand the other side much better. My children have a much more loving relationship with me, my partner said; I don't know why... but our relationship is much more relaxed and loving... at eye level. So; even if your partner doesn't join in, it's still a positive change. Do the 7 week program and follow through! It's amazing... what happens then

All my life I've had real panic in one particular situation. Namely helicopter noises in the dark, and only in the dark. I pondered where it was coming from, again and again, asked my family, to no avail. And then, recently during a meditation, the solution was there! Clear and distinct, as if it had just happened. But it was 55 years ago!!!!!! I could see the situation so clearly, I was right in the middle of it.
I am soooo grateful! The transformation program of Your Inner Child helped me to resolve what I had no explanation for all my life. In the meantime, I can already share several such success stories, and I think I'm far from finished.......
It's so easy if you listen to Markus Asano, get involved with him and have confidence in what he says.

I've spent years working on myself and this groundwork has paid off. But I always had the feeling that I was missing something, but I didn't know what and how to get there. And this course was another eye-opening experience for me. The topics were simply mega - the guidance to oneself was very loving and not pressurizing - you can simply join in. Markus Asano's psychological expertise and years of experience are explained in this program in a very easy-to-understand, well-structured, step-by-step manner. I have been involved with inner child work for years and I am thrilled. Markus shares very valuable, personal experiences with his clients and also organizes live sessions and Q&A sessions for very personal questions. I feel personally recognized. The price-performance ratio and installment payment options are also very accommodating and more than fair. I am very grateful and can only recommend it! TOP!

Wonderful work with yourself. You get to know yourself in a new way and gain insights that you would never have thought possible. Some things are very painful, you have to want to work with yourself, otherwise it's better not to. Some things come up that you thought you had long forgotten.

Through this program I found access to my repressed feelings for the first time (at almost 48 years old!). The program is very well structured and you can work through it at your own pace. It's exciting that new pages keep opening up and I've already reassessed the needs, thoughts/beliefs and feelings of my inner child several times and I don't think this is the end yet :-)

Profound changes! A new awareness of the feelings and thoughts I brought with me from childhood and their impact on my adult life...

There are hardly any arguments between my husband and I anymore, as I can simply leave certain statements as they no longer trigger me.
I also hear the imaginary reproachful tone much less often now when working with my patients.

I don't know where to start. With this program you give me the tools I need to save my life.

My cannabis addiction (since I was 15) has not been an issue for a month now, conversations and conflicts within my family that have been overdue for 20 years are being addressed and resolved - and I feel in control and grown up for the first time.

The child(ren) is no longer completely at the helm and I feel better every day.

I was at a point 1.5 months ago where I really only saw one "way out" and I don't know how I could even begin to express my gratitude for this workshop, this knowledge and these tools.

I just want to say thank you for your work. Thanks to the podcast and the transformation course, I have been able to uncover deep beliefs and a few reasons for my own challenging behaviors that I can now work on more.
The distressing process is brilliant because it helps me to stay with myself and feel. Markus knows the challenges in this process and his instructions are so helpful in walking through the pain in a safe way and finding deep inner peace afterwards.
Thank you for doing this work and allowing me to learn with you online. Thank you for accompanying me on my journey and offering me support to get to know myself better in order to improve my interpersonal relationships.

I am very grateful that I discovered Markus (.... the offer regarding the inner child, etc. is very large)

It suited me from the very first moment, I can find myself in many situations, feelings and behaviors. Even if the meditations and the emergency process cost me a lot of tears and energy, I feel better at some point afterwards and I am already displaying behaviors that I didn't know I had before;-)

....bin happy, it will be a life path with many ups and downs, now I finally have a direction, a vision and a "success" experience!!!! THANK YOU for that@♡♡♡♡

Staying calm and loving in stressful situations, feeling like an "adult "!!!!

It is the first step that everyone should do;)

Oh yes;) that was for me after almost 10jaehriger search finally the golden key to self-love! That was 2 years ago when I finally healed my inner child, after that it was only uphill! I can only advise absolutely everyone to start with the inner child, follow through and then forgive and let go, forgive yourself first and foremost and then build up your self-worth. Mindfulness and gratitude! Living in the now! What then remains will be seen ;) Yes, it is work on yourself and no one does it for you. You have to go through it yourself. But thanks to people like Markus you get shown how to do it;) Be open, be ready, trust yourself, TRUST! Come back to your original power, original trust and love, as early and as fast as possible. Self-love is the be-all and end-all;) it took me 10 years to realize this! Today I understand the connections thanks to a coach (w) on which I once fell and today is one of my favorite coaches.
Love are the strongest waves ever measured!!! Love your inner child. That is still you! The same person only older! If you are against you it will never be good! So get to know and love your inner child because it will accompany you all your life! So make peace with Him.🩵

Everything around me changes positively and I rest in myself. It gets better from week to week. I feel as if all the ballast is slowly falling away and I am going through life and everyday life more liberated and lighter every day.

I finally have the feeling of being right. I am seen and I see people from different eyes. I am relaxed and can laugh at myself sometimes.

In the past, I would have despaired more often and often burst into tears. My environment family and friends partners change, approach me and perceive the changes. My guardian, with me the green Hulk with black knight armor has not been in use for a long time.

I myself am a therapist and kinesiologist, had already resolved many things, but this time here really brings me forward in leaps and bounds. Thank you very much."

I'm only in week 4 and others are already noticing that I'm reacting calmly and cheerfully in some situations where I would usually freak out.

I found it very emotional and enriching to meet my inner child in the meditations, to take it in my arms and to accompany it since then and to be there for it as it needs it.

I have also become more relaxed towards others and no longer judge others so quickly, but have understanding for their behavior, because I know that they are probably just in the inner child.

Also don't judge my parents anymore. They just did as well as they could and for the good things I am grateful. The things they did wrong I just transform myself ;)

The program is really easy to do, very well structured and you are really well taken by the hand. The best thing is, of course, that it quickly brings success. But you also have to stick to it yourself. This is admittedly difficult for me with a tight daily routine, but then I just slow down or repeat something again to get back on track. You can do everything at your own pace. The program is worth every penny in my opinion. Have already recommended it to others :)
