Diana responded to us sensitively. She helps us to understand both sides, which she does wonderfully well with her humorous and calm manner. Her caring and calm manner makes it very easy to address even complicated or embarrassing topics. Diana does not stick to a guideline that she wants to follow, but adapts to the individual sessions and, if necessary, changes the schedule at the client's request. She also notices and accepts if you tell her that the next point in the program is still too early and adds another desired session. Of course, if you explain plausibly why. She has a great deal of understanding for the situation of both partners and conducts the discussions neutrally and without taking sides or judging the behavior as good or bad. She acts as a mediator, guiding and allowing the couples to recognize and correct their own misconduct by asking questions. We were very satisfied with our sessions. It was our first marriage counseling and it didn't hurt :)

Through Ms. Reitze's guidance, we were able to satisfactorily work through issues in our relationship and felt well met. The cooperation was characterized by trust and sincerity. If necessary, we would want to use a consultation with Ms. Reitze again at any time.
