Polite, friendly team. I was greeted, given coffee and looked after quickly and well, to my satisfaction.

The people are all very friendly, everything goes smoothly, you get a clean car back. I never have the feeling of being a foreign body at DiT and I have never had any complaints. I can't comment on the price-performance ratio as I don't have a comparison at the moment.

I was there for an inspection, this is the third vehicle I've bought from DIT, I think that says it all. I am very satisfied and am happy to recommend the service and workshop to others.

Unfortunately, the online appointment for the tire change did not work.
I had entered 13:00, but unfortunately they called me at 12:30 (!) to say that the appointment was supposed to be at 12:00.
No apology, no rescheduling to 13:00 (as originally registered) possible.
So another appointment, another week, etc...
That's only good enough for a grade 4, sorry.

Very nice and competent seller. All questions were clarified, fast processing. Gladly again.

Offer and performance

I am very satisfied with their service.

When I picked up the car, I noticed the worn tires, but the mechanic I called explained that everything was fine with the 6-year-old tires. At home I unloaded the packed winter tires. Top dirty!!!
The navigation system was not activated. That costs 300,00 Euro extra and I did without it. 4 weeks later I wanted it after all. Then it was discovered that there was no sat nav installed in the car. The installation cost 1000.00 euros!!!!
I could buy a sat nav for 100.00 euros and attach it to the dashboard. The seller's aunt has one, and it works well!!!!! And when the first rain came, the windshield wipers. Hard as a board!!!
I bought 3 cars from this dealership.
That was definitely the last one. Good day.

Praise:
You can always get a suitable appointment and the staff are extremely friendly and very courteous.

Criticism:
I am very satisfied with everything, but I miss a reliable pick-up and delivery service that can transport people when the vehicle is in the workshop.

A vehicle pick-up and drop-off service while I'm at work (Sartorius parking garage) would definitely be worth the fifth star for service.
