From the very beginning, openness and trust enabled a goal-oriented, productive and at the same time highly individualized coaching process. In this way, the essential topics could be found and discussed at an early stage, as it were without camouflage or circumlocution. The feedback of the analysis to the respective current leadership events was an important element. Personal strengths were warmly "welcomed" and confirmed so that they could develop further, but things worthy of improvement and - let's be honest - weaknesses were also allowed to be present, at least in the meantime, so that they could lose effectiveness or "say goodbye". The process started with the coaching definitely continues to have an effect ... Thank you very much!
