Für jede Rechnung eine Mail. Das führt zu einer Mailflut bei zwei Kindern. Es ist sehr lästig, all die mails aufzumachen...... Text in der Mail sehr anonym. Das sieht nach Massenabfertigung aus :-(.

Für die Kinder sollte immer der gleiche Arzt zur Behandlung kommen, auch wenn das die Terminoptionen einschränkt. Zumindest sollte darauf hingewiesen werden.

Die Rechnungen für Zahnspangen waren für mich als Laie am Anfang sehr kompliziert zu verstehen. Was zahle ich, was die Kasse und wieso und warum. Da benötigte ich nochmal eine Erklärung.
