The performance of DUSW has convinced us comprehensively from the beginning of the first consultation. Especially important for us were the on-site consultations and the comparison of our ideas with the structural/local conditions/possibilities as well as the short response times for queries at any time. In the practical implementation, the installation of the PV system by the DUSW team should be emphasized, where everything always went hand-in-hand and all employees always gave the impression of carrying out their work routinely and professionally competent.

We are very satisfied with the professional handling from the first contact meeting to the commissioning of our PV system. The employees were all very friendly and competent.
The assembly team on the roof put up a scaffold even in the worst rainy weather and dismantled it again. The 12 modules were professionally installed with the wiring in one day. High praise for this.
The electrician team came on the same day and laid cables, rebuilt the meter cabinet and mounted the inverter in only 6 hours. High praise for this.
WSWNETZ then took about 4 weeks to change the meter.
The system has been running trouble-free since the beginning of Sep 23.
Many thanks to the entire team with a clear purchase recommendation.

From the initial contact and the consultation to the prompt installation of the PV system, the process was absolutely professional. Change requests were responded to flexibly and promptly.
The field service Mr. Polzin and the team on site deserve special praise.
The system has now been running smoothly for 3 months and meets our expectations.
We can only recommend this company. Absolutely top - it doesn't get any better than this!

The PV system was on the roof in 2 days as promised. The craftsmen were very friendly. Since our appointment was brought forward, we had to wait almost 4 weeks for the electrician who was to connect the system. He then came on time at our regularly agreed date. However, since the electrician was not ready in one day, we got a 2nd appointment only 2 weeks later, which we did not find so good. But in the end, after the 2nd appointment, the system was finally put into operation and is diligently producing electricity. All in all, however, we were very satisfied.

We are very satisfied with the service provided. The complete system was installed in only 2 days and from commissioning to installation it took only 6 weeks.
Unfortunately, when attaching the scaffolding was drilled through the outer wall into a room. Otherwise, however, TOP performance.

Throughout all levels of processing the purchase and installation of a PV system on my single-family house, I have had only positive experiences with this company: consultation/quotation/work by roofers and electricians/final processing: everything was carried out with great competence and friendliness, and the price/performance ratio was also right. All in all, we are very satisfied with the performance of Dach- und Solartechnik, Wuppertal, in every respect. We were very impressed by the interaction between the individual groups of technicians (roofers and electricians). It was obvious that this was a well-rehearsed team. Within 2 days, the photovoltaic system was on our roof.

EVERYTHING FROM ONE SOURCE ! 👍
Consulting, project planning and competent implementation and execution. Assembly: scaffolders, roofers and electricians work hand in hand. A 7kWp PV system expertly installed in one day. A rapid organizational delivery or implementation of the necessary technical, legal documents to the energy provider for commissioning (installation-acceptance electricity meter) within a week.
Conclusion: The company (team) can be highly recommended, especially impressed the competent roofing team as well as the organizational processing and special praise to Ms. Esser!
