We are very satisfied, have now bought 4 high-quality trombones and various mouthpieces here. The contact is excellent, friendly and fast, we were advised very well, competently and friendly throughout and are really excited. The shipping of the trombones and mouthpieces also went smoothly and quickly. We can really recommend Elbblech to anyone who is looking for quality and also vintage instruments at a good price. Am very dissatisfied with the treatment of customers.
Have reserved 2 trombones for testing. One was still in the workshop, waited a month, meanwhile the other trombone was sold. I imagine a good customer service differently.
Have found another provider.

Very uncomplicated and above all fast processing. Unresolved issues are answered precisely in mails at best. Responsive to the customer and customer friendly and oriented to quality. Shipping quickly and with good protection for the instrument. Very special instruments, some of which have rarity value. The condition of the used instruments is not glossed over but described honestly. Visibly careful handling of the instrument so that nothing has to be overhauled when the shipment arrives - everything is well greased and in good shape. Overall very satisfactory! I would immediately order something again from Elbblech!
