Despite many critical reviews, I had my first hair transplant done at Elithair in Istanbul. Medically and professionally, there is nothing to complain about, respectively, I can give my final verdict on this point only in a year. The clinic was clean, the staff friendly. However, I must confirm what many other users have also written: Far too much marketing, and customer service after treatment is a disaster. Already before the surgery msuste be clarified whether and how long I have to stop my blood thinner before the surgery. At the request of the Turkish doctors, I had a blood picture taken by my doctor and forwarded it to them. When asked several times, I was asked what my family doctor would recommend (which irritated me)? I said 1-2-3, and the answer was: Yes, exactly, that's what we recommend (very confidence-inspiring).
I had my surgery at the end of May, and since then I have been asking customer service for a receipt for my remaining cash payment at the clinic. Why does the clinic insist that you pay the balance in cash? In addition, agreements are not kept. Due to the blood thinners I take, I cannot have a PRP treatment, which was part of my anniversary offer. Alternatively, I was offered another Hairboost set, which I have not received to date (it is not about the Hairboost set, but about the unreliability). When it comes to writing quotes and down payment invoices they are quick to respond, but when it comes to follow up and queries they are left alone.
Subjectively, the information in the Elithair app is sufficient for medical aftercare.
I am not really convinced yet to have my second treatment done again at Elithair. If so, I'd rather pay the 8% (!) card fee to pay the balance, and lower my expectations for post-op care and customer service.
Really a pity, I had thought at the beginning it would go better.
