We, Photovoltaik-Institut Berlin, are a leading technical consultant, risk manager and quality assurance provider for PV power plants and systems all over the world. We support the energy transition by bringing technical expertise to the solar industry.
Previously, we were using Salesforce as our CRM solution, but after an extensive market analysis of CRM products, we chose 1CRM. The extraordinary range of functions combined with the good price/performance ratio convinced us completely. As we had grown strongly internationally, we were confronted with new organizational challenges. The implementation of 1CRM helped us to solve many problems.
To name just a few examples: 1CRM's ability to use multiple clients in one system helped us wonderfully to manage our offices in Spain, USA, China under one interface.
Or with the modularly integrated invoicing, we were able to completely dispense with a separate merchandise management system. The processes now run from the first offer to the final invoice within 1CRM.
And another added value is: We don't need any further software for project management, because the project management module integrated in 1CRM provides all the functions we need.
The flexible customizing is very helpful. We found extensive possibilities to easily customize 1CRM to our specific needs on the fly. Both the web interface and the database can be customized relatively easily without special knowledge. More complex customization requests were incorporated into the source code by the digital agency visual4 and have now even become part of the 1CRM system.
We really appreciate the personal consulting and the excellent support. All in all, we are completely satisfied with the system!

Already in the finding phase, the employees of visual4 convinced us with their friendly and above all individual and detailed advice. An engaged communication at eye level, we felt understood. During the introduction of the system, we were continuously supported according to our needs and received numerous tips for mapping our operational processes in the CRM.
We can adapt the system to our needs in many areas ourselves and are thus able to make changes or additions quickly. The connection to our ERP system and our communication tools (Outlook, telephone system, teams...) ran largely smoothly. If something didn't work right away, visual4 has supported us quickly and without complications so far. You can feel that it is important to visual4 to work successfully with the system in the end.
The introduction of 1CRM in our company was another important step to make us fit for the future, to further improve the customer experience, to further increase the efficiency of our processes, and to continue the digitalization of our business processes. Of course, the solution does not necessarily offer the same range of functions as the solutions of the market leaders. However, for us as a medium-sized company, all the necessary functionalities are available at a fraction of the price of the large providers. We consider the price-performance ratio to be outstanding, and the open and fair cooperation inspires us.

Our business relationship with Visual4 and the product 1CRM, began with the search for a new CRM - system, which should support us in sales. We had contacted several providers and their solutions were not bad so far. But in the end the products are similar, but the support is not. They didn't sell us the CRM system, but showed us how it could benefit our company. We had very special requirements, which were not easy to map. But our consultant Mr. Christoph Plessner has always helped us with solutions and ideas from the first contact. We have been working with the system for almost two years now and can recommend 1CRM and the company Visual4 with a clear conscience.
All data is available to all COMENO team members in real time. We have replaced a great many Excel lists and have our data and processes securely in one system. We have, so to speak, mastered the compulsory program for entering the digitalization and automation of our processes.

For a start-up in consulting 1CRM was the best choice! The system itself is lean and was easily adjusted to our needs (keeping in mind the possibility to grow as a company with the system). After 20 years of BESONDERE ORTE, we dared to take a critical look at internal processes, data management and the previous marketing procedures and came to the conclusion: A new CRM is needed! In addition to solutions for the aforementioned topics, the tool should be flexible and individually adaptable, interfaces to existing systems should work and the providers should provide competent and honest advice. We found all this at visual4 and 1CRM and are very satisfied with the result. And we have many more ideas that we would like to implement in cooperation with visual4.
If we compare to what extent and with what features we use 1CRM, then it is already many times more expensive with other providers. Just who wants to start with a CRM at all, I can only recommend to try this, meanwhile "platform" with all possible modules.
We are just starting further digitization and automation steps that we will link in workflows with other cloud-based tools thanks to the open interface (API). Especially with Integromat or Powerautomate in the Microsoft 365 universe, many smaller sales steps and customer journeys with customers can be fully digitized and automated. The tool will also address the topic of "headless" CRM in the coming versions and then we will be even more involved in the topics of
- Connecting different data sources and applications with each other to create unified workflows
- Integration via connectors (APIs) and actions for more automation
- Painstaking programming of interfaces was yesterday
1CRM system enabled very fast implementation of a sales support and management system at a pharmaceutical customer of Analytic Services GmbH. Management and system support were always readily available provided alternative solutions to some of the problems with the base 1CRM software (which has some limitations in reporting). The customer's customization requests were provided cost-effectively and within the agreed time.
Absolute hit! Especially sympathetic is the license model to bring a starting company or project under control in this way cheaply. This is fair and makes sense! Extensible modules are very good and thus flexible, moreover, the license prices for the extensions are more than fair, so highly recommended!
As a system optimizer and holistic consultant with a view of the entire company as a living, productive organism, I am completely convinced of 1CRM as a professional IT tool for highly automated total solutions.
With over 30 years of professional experience and a solid overview of CRM systems and other innovative developments in digitalization, 1CRM was almost inevitably left as the 1st choice for my work according to my "Naturkonformen Strategien".

We use the 1CRM Enterprise Cloud version and are very satisfied with it. Some minor problems regarding the handling could be solved by the competent and fast help of the company Visual4. The new version 5.5.8 has additionally improved the handling. The Visual4 company takes care of our problems and concerns in an exemplary manner, even without a support contract. The offered webinars are highly recommended, especially for the introduction to the CRM system. Here, too, questions and problems are addressed.
