I was unwise enough to post a happy message online on a special day (on which a court rejected a claim for €12 million from our dear health insurance companies) and use a seemingly free image. I was warned, claim 6000 €.
I googled Mr. Zielinski on the Internet. I described the problem online and the contact form was clear. He called back the next day, was already well informed not only about the legal situation, but also about my particular circumstances. He gave me a clearly understandable statement on the circumstances, the scope of the image and the level of creation with a counter offer, much lower. 3 months later, a settlement offer came from the warning law firm - it was not exactly in the middle, but very far on the side of Mr. Zilinski.
I am therefore satisfied a) with the well-reduced damages and b) with the little effort I had to put into the case.
Incidentally, it was also nice - as far as working with a lawyer can be nice. I don't want to write: "Gladly again!" But if I'm that stupid again, I'll ask Mr. Zielinski again for help with damage limitation.
