I was on sick leave for almost 6 weeks due to almost daily tension headaches and an average of 2 migraine attacks per week (I have had headaches and migraines for over 15 years, but I had not known it in the intensity and frequency until then). I went to a neurologist for treatment and also reduced my working hours. My complaints were after a few weeks on a sufficient level ( ... so school grade 4).
My wife discovered Adi's massages and migraine massage on the Internet.
I was not really a massage fan, but got involved. After the first few massages, I started to feel worse (I started with 3 massages per week).
By the third week (I think), my headaches were much better and my migraines were much less frequent.
Currently I have been in treatment with Adi for almost 1 year and only have a massage once a week (a mixture of migraine massage, full body massage and cupping), have changed my diet and try to exercise at least twice a week and only rarely have headaches, sometimes not even for a whole week and my migraine attacks are only about 1-2 times a month.
I was not a big fan of massages before and that's why I wrote such a detailed text to encourage others who also have frequent headaches and migraines to try it too, because it has led to a significant improvement for me. Thank you Adi!
Adi is a likeable person who always makes me feel comfortable and gives a very competent impression.
My next goal is to hopefully stop taking amitriptyline (antidepressants for tension headaches, which are the trigger for my migraines) in 1 year and to lead a "normal life" again.
My honest recommendation: If you also suffer from headaches or migraines, book a few massages with Adi and just try it out.
