As an executive Ü55, I have already experienced many coaches. Ms. Hagemann surprised me very much. In a very short time, she identified my personal challenges. Instead of telling me what they were, she guided me competently through the process, so that I came to my own insights. This was so sustainable that we were able to work intensively on new paths. Thanks to the strength profile, we also visualized the strengths of my closer associates and, thanks to the new perspectives on strengths, we developed concrete options for action.

Das Coaching mit Frau Hagemann war sehr gut. Engagiert und kompetent schafft sie neue Blickwinkel auf die Kommunikation. Besonders gut hat mir Ihre Ziel- und Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise gefallen, sodass ich immer wieder am Ende des Trainings neuen Input für mögliche künftige Situationen mitnehmen konnte. Sehr angenehm war auch ihre originelle, positive und sympathische Vorgehensweise. Also sehr zu empfehlen.
