At AFS, you are provided with the topics you need to successfully complete the master's degree! During independent learning, questions arise again and again, which are then answered competently by AFS. You feel very well taken care of. The instructors in the face-to-face classes are authentic, competent and likeable at the same time. In addition, the entire master school at AFS has become a wonderful experience that I would not want to miss.
Many thanks to you for this!

It should be said that anyone who can motivate themselves to learn independently, gets with the AFS an educational institution that accompanies you on the way and purposefully prepares you for the exam!

I am particularly satisfied that they make every effort to ensure that every participant understands everything and that the AFS team works overtime to achieve this.

Furthermore, I personally find it good that the lecturers have different opinions and experience. This shows me that each individual can fully exploit his or her strengths as a lecturer, especially through free development.

I have already completed a second IHK qualification with the help of the Mission Weiterbildung team and can only report positive things about it. They have a great system that is tailored to optimally prepare for the IHK exams. The instructors are very knowledgeable and leave no questions unanswered. I would recommend it to anyone who aspires to qualify in private security.

I am still missing some learning methods, blended learning, better quality in their software regarding stream quality, better structure in webinars (each tutor differs).

However, they are committed to achieving these goals. I really liked the back office team and especially Anja, she was always reliable and helpful.

With the Hygiene and Health Officer, an original certificate must first be purchased. At 49€ and the promised seal, one also expects a high-quality certificate,especially if the online certificate has errors that make the original necessary. Instead, only a sticker seal (value 20ct) is attached to the document and that for 49€! On my email that I find this quite overpriced and expected something else, came only a "we report this to our QM as a suggestion for improvement" ....bei 200€ course fee should be such a certificate included or at least sold for a normal price. 1/4 of the course fee for an affixed seal is clearly too expensive, also I was 0 Entgegengekommen. Too bad, actually I think a lot of the mission further education , but this shows me that one is not really taken seriously in a criticism :( I still recommend the course, but has been quite a damper....

We regret that you were not satisfied with our performance.
Our online course is very tightly calculated and therefore the price cannot include a manually created certificate. Why the certificate created online should have shown errors, we cannot understand here.
A price comparison with other providers shows that our course is very cheap despite high-quality content. If we would charge double or triple like other providers, we could also include a certificate you requested without additional costs.
You can also be sure that we do not earn anything on the 49 €, but the cost is higher for the effort.

However, since customer satisfaction is important to us, you hereby receive a voucher for the 49 €, which you can use as you wish for another course with us.
