Wir haben zwei Eigentumswohnungen in München gekauft. Dazu haben wir die Immobiliensuche auf https://www.alternate-immobilien.de/immobiliensuche verwendet. Wir wurden dann am nächsten Tag angerufen. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat wurden uns einige Wohnungen in München und etwas außerhalb von München angeboten. Wir haben uns dann 5 Immobilien ausgesucht. Sehr schön war die Möglichkeit die Immobilien vorher online bzw. virtuell zu besichtigen. So etwas habe ich noch nie gemacht. Finde ich sehr modern. Wir haben uns dann auf 2 Wohnungen festgelegt und diese vor Ort angesehen. Die beiden Eigentumswohnungen waren sehr schön und wir haben uns für den Kauf der Immobilien entschlossen. Die Alternate GmbH hat uns dann noch beim kompletten Kaufprozess begleitet. Schön war auch, dass Sie uns bei der Immobilienfinanzierung unterstützt haben. Meine Frau und ich können echt nichts negatives berichten. Wir haben mit der Alternate Immobilien GmbH sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht.

Naja auf den Rückruf mussten wir etwas warten. Aber alles andere hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir sind super happy mit unserer ersten Immobilie. Ich möchte mir einen kleinen Immobilienbestand aufbauen. Liebe Grüße aus Berlin.
