Mr. Jonas is a very competent and friendly consultant in real estate. Through his honesty, I quickly established trust in him and felt very comfortable with his advice. He works very professionally and competently, so I had no concerns from the first minute. He dealt with all my concerns immediately and was available for queries at any time. Mr. Jonas is very flexible, so he also took time for a visit at short notice, which I found very good.

Interpersonal fit is also very good, which is very important to me personally. In search of a truly independent financial advisor who works only for a fee (which is not so easy) we became aware of Mr. Jonas.
After a clean and clearly structured analysis of our financial situation, we learned through financial planning what our future cash flows (income/expenses) look like, where any weaknesses exist and how these can be remedied effectively and, above all, inexpensively.
As retirees/employees, we place a lot of emphasis on security and stability. In the area of financial investments, we deliberately decided against an insurance solution and gave priority to a custody account solution with ETFs.
We also received comprehensive and competent advice in the area of long-term care insurance.
The ongoing support and the annual meetings help us to keep track of everything.

I have known André for many years. He has sorted out my "financial chaos" which had little structure. Each contract was thoroughly checked for price-performance. I was made aware of missing gaps. The retirement planning that was prepared opened my eyes to the real situation of my old-age provision. My claims from the statutory pension insurance as well as my company pension plan were taken into account. Due to my frequent personal changes, a high degree of flexibility in my financial contracts and a reliable advisor are very important to me. I could always rely on André, even in difficult phases. He helped me unbureaucratically and quickly and always had an open ear for my wishes.

André helped me to find the right health insurance for me. Even after many years, I am very satisfied with the decision I made at that time.
In the area of my property insurance and term life insurance, I received quick and uncomplicated help.
I am very satisfied with the flexibility, accessibility and advice. That's how financial consulting should be!

Mr. Jonas was commissioned by me to work out my old-age provision in the form of a retirement plan, as I had previously treated this rather stepmotherly. After an extensive analysis of my current situation, which took into account all the important points for me, I found out in the planning what my pension situation really looked like. In the first step, I decided on the Riester pension in the form of a fund savings plan. Since I had already paid Mr. Jonas for the planning, he only charged me a reasonable fee for setting up the contract for a "so-called net product". It could not have been fairer! If I had known about this possibility of financial advice earlier, I could have saved myself a lot of money for expensive commissions.
