I have always found Mr. Jäger to be friendly and very competent. He was always there for me with any questions I had about my private health insurance and gave me the best advice.
However, I would particularly like to emphasize his commitment. After I went to him in Bendorf for a brief consultation about a dispute with my private health insurance company, Mr. Jäger immediately took up my cause with Barmenia and helped to resolve the problem quickly. I have rarely experienced such commitment from insurance representatives.
I can only warmly recommend Mr. Jäger!
