The handout after the event is super great. Here you can reread all the "aha" moments during the lecture and sort out the measures for yourself.
The practical exercises for reflecting on your own situation are particularly effective.

The lecture "LESS SRESSS - MORE LIFE" really deserves this top rating. I have rarely received so much compact knowledge in one hour, so well structured and so memorable. At the same time, the lecture was interspersed with practical references. Entertaining little "outliers" were skillfully included, which showed that the speaker really knew what stress is all about and in which areas it ties us down. My attention was on the topic the whole time. I am very pleased with this input, which can actually be put into practice. It's a compact guide to action that was delivered to us, but it starts to work if you just pick out two or three tips and just do them :-). Renate G.

You also have to want to be happy. The joy of small things can make you very happy. Living in the here and now and being able to forgive. That's definitely what I took away from the lecture. Anika did a good job of showing you that every day can be wonderful with a different perspective.
