I took part in the relaxation workshop and found it very informative because many different relaxation techniques were presented and we tried some of them out in the workshop. It's good that prospective psychotherapists are given this opportunity during their internship. All three went to a lot of trouble and responded well to us. They were also very careful in their choice of words, not to make any claims that could have exerted pressure, everything was very low-threshold and yet motivating! I thought it was good to realize that the other participants were also in the situation of having therapy or having asked for it. It connects a bit more than the sports club, for example.

I found the workshop on relaxation very helpful and thought it was great that non-patients were also considered in the selection. I found the mixture of theory and practical exercises instructive and had the feeling that I was given useful tools and at the same time the obstacles from everyday life were taken into account. With the separation in 2022 and premature suspicion of depression, with suicidal thoughts, I knew that I had to act, for myself and my children.

The initial contact and your assistance in obtaining cost coverage was very professional, at no time did I feel like I was being left alone.

At the time, I didn't feel that my life made any sense at all without my ex-wife. Unfortunately, I had completely lost myself over the years and had made my happiness dependent on her.

I am all the happier that I came across you and that I was able to experience Mrs. Menzel as a first-class therapist. After 3 months of therapy, I was out of the depression that, in my opinion, I had had for most of my life.

I learned to take care of myself, to stand up for my opinion and that's how I live and act. The therapy is really the best thing that has ever happened to me, I feel better and more powerful than ever before. I feel positive and negative people and am more reflective than I ever thought possible. I manage to do things on my own and never depend on others for my happiness again.

I am now happily in a relationship again, but not because I feel alone, not because I am dependent, without rose-colored glasses, a new, different feeling that I really appreciate.

I was here for ADHD diagnostics and I am simply thrilled! The entire process, from the initial inquiry to the first appointment, the testing and the diagnosis, was very professional, totally legitimate in terms of time (approx. 8 weeks) and I always felt that I was in very good hands. I had contact with several psychologists and it was always very pleasant and professional. The last consultation when I was diagnosed was also very pleasant, understanding and well conducted. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the therapy, but I can really recommend ADHD diagnostics here to anyone.

If you are prepared to work on yourself continuously and really accept the therapist's help, I strongly recommend Ms. van Laak! Relaxed, humorous atmosphere, joint and effective search for solutions. A great and helpful collaboration.
