In my situation, it was an acute care emergency for my father.
After a phone call, a home visit with joint completion of the application form, then several caregivers to choose from, the caregiver was personally brought and instructed, and check-ups were made in my absence. Everything worked wonderfully, the carer got on really well with my father, who has severe dementia.
Anna Sak from the Ansa Vital care agency is very reliable, friendly, has a good knowledge of human nature and is very practice-oriented.
