What impresses me most is the friendliness that I have experienced for years in the pharmacy in the DEZ, I feel very comfortable and in good hands. Have the feeling I go "shopping" in my village and am served very well, I am seen as a person, although I am in the city (anonymity).

The pharmacy is very bright and spacious. When you enter, you are immediately enveloped by a very pleasant citrus scent. Through the ticket system you can look wonderfully for products and do not have to wait in a queue. The staff is always very friendly and takes time for the needs of the customers.

The staff is not only very friendly but also extremely helpful. They also take their time when things are busy. The waiting area is well solved. Everything is very professional.
Have not felt well cared for by their pharmacy about 1 year ago.
Had, as always ordered my face cream (Basungunent, Doritin, water).
This had a consistency, like a paste and was not applicable.
My complaint resulted in nothing. So I went to another pharmacy.
