Our old Lindsay unit was defective and beyond repair. After a short phone call between the installer and Mr. Marhenke, they made us a great offer, which we could not refuse. Within a few days, the new (refurbished) unit was installed to our complete satisfaction and the old unit was disposed of. A super service that we will gladly recommend to others.

Today we received our new softening system at short notice and can therefore enjoy soft water directly in the new year. The company ASM Wassertechnik has already installed a system in seven of our properties and all tenants are completely satisfied. Also in our new building there is now a device, which was installed with the greatest care and craftsmanship. We will equip two more of our properties next year and can highly recommend the company when it comes to water treatment. A big thank you also goes to Mr. Marhenke, who replaced our existing filter in the water pipe. This makes craftsmanship fun.

I had the previous system from Lindsay, which worked quite well for me for 26 years. Unfortunately, it has recently made some problems (wear). So I contacted the company Ecowater (ASM Wassertechnik) and talked about the solution. The advice was great and I decided to order the new system (Greenline 65 NG) with the option "old against new". Two days later the technician from ASM came and within less than 1 hour installed the new system and put it into operation. Everything went very well and very professionally. However, the installation of the new system required to extend the connection hoses, which the technician solved professionally. The system now also runs with WiFi connection, which provides a lot of interesting information to IPhone via the app.

Mr. Marhenke did not promise too much. The uncomplicated installation of our new softening system has solved our daily problem of fighting against lime. We now have perfect water quality and a much better taste of water. The installation of the system was carried out by the fitters, cleanly and quickly. Rarely have we had such good craftsmen in the house. I can only highly recommend this company!

A good and comprehensive advice following the conversation on site, even by phone in the evening with the boss to clarify the outstanding issues.
Very speedy installation and immediate resolution of the problems that unfortunately existed during installation, with uncomplicated and quick solution. Everyone was fully involved in the quick solution one day before Christmas, the boss himself was very committed to it.
I can only recommend this company without reservation, as the customer's wishes are met with great interest. I cannot yet judge the system itself, but a previous model has now served my parents very well for almost 39 years. All in all, an all-round carefree package.

The installation here had to be very individually designed, there were a few special requests on my part and the boss has managed this super well with naturalness, friendliness and composure.
The osmosis system is simply the absolute drinking experience, I no longer want to miss.

Yesterday I received our plant . Rarely experienced a company where everything worked so great. On time, very dedicated and experienced employee. Super installation, neat, savvy, very good briefing . I am totally thrilled with the result. You could feel the difference directly when washing your hands for the 1st time, when showering as well. Even my husband was thrilled and surprised and he is not so quick to convince.
We will certainly order the next 2 systems in 2022 for our company and another residential house.
Company and staff from the presentation of the products, order placement, scheduling and installation just top and in any case to recommend!
