A claim is and remains a claim and thus per se not a pleasant event. However, the team of Athene Versicherungsmakler GmbH under the leadership of Robert Dürnhöfer does everything to ensure that the claim does not turn into a fiasco, but is as unpleasant as possible for the policyholder.
The commitment of the team is remarkable and the "connections" to insurance companies and their key people are particularly positive. Even if it sounds trite: Customer service is indeed written BIG here.
I wish Athene Versicherungsmakler GmbH every possible success and "us" in the cooperation as few claims as possible (but if the worst comes to the worst, we feel in good hands here)!

Obviously Athene Insurance Broker has new employees Eingestellt the better reachable and customer friendly are, as the previous. Since I had mostly the problem that was not called back and you were only treated "Friendly and courteous" when an insurance was concluded!
