I’ve found August incredibly useful for managing my property in Didsbury. It brings everything into one place, from compliance reminders to tenant onboarding. So helpful for organisation. I love the interface and design of the app. I work in FinTech, so I know this isnt easy. Welll done August team.

I almost got hit with a hefty fine because I’d completely forgotten about an expiring gas safety certificate. August flagged it for me with a reminder and checklist, so I managed to book the inspection just in time. If I’d missed it, the penalty would have cost me hundreds. The app literally paid for itself in that one moment, and now I feel much more confident that nothing slips through the cracks.
