I have been twice now at an event where this caterer has delivered a buffet. It was really excellent both times! So it's fun!! Please do not change anything and continue to do the same :-)
For the number of guests, 1 more service person would have been better. The 2 had to really slave away. Otherwise, we were advised excellently. On our individual wishes regarding buffet and drinks was addressed directly with pleasure.
A very good price / quality ratio. Very friendly staff. Plenty of choice of food and drinks. The delivery was very punctual. Our guests were very satisfied all around, everything was very tasty. We can only recommend Auszeit Catering. Fam Brauer.

The offers are all-inclusive, transparent and well presented. The proximity to the trade fair is ideal for trade fair catering, the employees on site are very committed and find solutions quickly and easily. Inexperienced employees are placed at the side of a team leader. Very well solved and a good cooperation. The only improvement I see is for individual requests that may be a bit out of the norm and need creative suggestions. Here, food offers for catering are rather standard - but very well implemented and with good quality.
