Given order for troubleshooting (temperature & time display) could not be executed, because an extraordinary repair effort would be necessary. No more spare parts available for ignition lock, mechanics for window lifter, sealing rubber and air hose. (Vehicle is year of construction 2000).

Basically - the performance was fine. 2 new keys were ordered and these had to be trained.
However, the waiting time was disproportionately long - much too long! On demand, since the vehicle was already ready in front of the door, it said. I would be called - but then had to wait another hour!
My appointment was at 13 clock - at 14.15 clock I then got the bill
The overall rating was not good because of the waiting time.
I had asked in advance if I should leave and come in later to pick up. I was assured it would not take long and I could wait....

The front left wheel bearing of my car was broken and Mr. Cottez took my car in immediately as an emergency, but I had to expect up to two weeks because the appointment calendar was packed. The sale of the vehicle took place in an open, trusting atmosphere, even questions were answered, even if they were partly very specific. It was not tried in any case to estimate something, where even the knowledge was not available, this was openly communicated.

Costs for rental vehicle, although Optyway contract exists, you do not necessarily have to raise !
Carefree also goes differently.

First appointment made online was canceled by phone. New appointment unfortunately only possible after several weeks.
No dialog acceptance, no active explanation of the invoice.
Gravel parking lot for customer cars unacceptable. Car is dirtier after pickup than before the appointment.

Car was for inspection. The statement that there is a strange engine noise on the report is not helpful and unsettles. I would have liked more information

With the whole service, from the reception to the conclusion. Especially the video was very trustworthy and gives a good feeling.

We found it especially friendly when asked if our car was a hand wash car or if it was also allowed to go through the car wash with them. So we also got a shiny cleaned car back after the inspection.

From the sale, product peugeot 2008, and the first two service I am very satisfied Thank you very much.
About the cost of the 2nd inspection jahresinspecktion incl. Bremsfüsigkeitswechsel of 450€ I find a bit exaggerated..... Since 350 € would be eigendlich appropriate ...
