Friendly and competent, approachable, quick processing of my requests, easy to reach by phone and quick feedback on e-mails by all employees with whom I had to deal.
The car meets our expectations.
We are satisfied. Even the 250 km train journey from the Palatinate to 86185 Steinsdorf was worth it.
My motives to buy there:
A car dealership for over 50 years in family hands, manufacturer warranty and friendly unobtrusive appearance.
The handover of the car by Mr. Dirk Dotterweich was a pleasant encounter.
