My experience with Autohaus Stotter has been exceptionally positive! The staff are extremely friendly, flexible and competent. I was particularly impressed that we received first-class, courteous advice spontaneously and without an appointment, shortly before closing time. They responded to our wishes with commitment and were extremely flexible in coordinating further appointments.

I was satisfied until now with the work that has fit yes, but that I have to send a screen shot of the transfer of the invoice after working hours when I want to pick up my car that you know that it is paid, that's a cheek quite honestly, that has always fit until now, but this time it was a real cheek, it comes across as if I would not pay, thank you very much for the work but that I will think carefully next time if I bring my Mercedes to you.

I picked up my used GL63 AMG on Monday, and my expectations were absolutely fulfilled, even exceeded! All the information about the vehicle was 100% correct, which is unfortunately very rarely the case with telephone purchases. In addition, Hary Hukic took TOP care of me, picked me up from the train station and carried out a perfect vehicle handover. For me, this is still the Mercedes AUTOHAUS with the best service!
(I have already bought several MBs from different dealers in Austria.) I can only recommend this company and would buy a vehicle from MB Stotter again at any time, despite the great distance. Many thanks & keep up the good work! OS, Graz

I am sorry that I have to write negative review but sometimes it is really "must".
Advertisement was false, consultant promises something then he hides. I was ignored for 2 weeks by consultant. Customer confusion means that someone else is ignored.
