I had a flat tire. The colleagues at the Goerzallee branch helped immediately and made an emergency appointment possible on the same day despite being understaffed. I was given very good advice and was able to continue driving at short notice after the tire change. A customer service for regular customers that should be exemplary. Thank you again!!! I also hope that the company will recognize this accordingly on occasion.
It's getting really expensive... For some people, an inspection is a month's salary. My colleague at Hyundai pays 200-300 euros less for the same service. Including a rental car for the day.
Very friendly staff, the cleaning after the repair was first class on this visit!
However, a check of the requested replacement car by Enterprise should be standard. Not that the customer has to contact various offices himself and wait days for the ordered car.
For me it was pleasant to be able to have many things (inspection, MOT, recall repairs, ...) done in one appointment and the waiting time was still relatively short. I would be pleased if charging of the car were offered and carried out as an extra service during any downtimes (e.g. overnight).
