Everything went really well. Arrived a little late, but this was due to the current traffic situation in Düsseldorf. My telephone contact took care of the information immediately. Very nice driver. The only point of criticism: the driver didn't have enough napkins ;-) Otherwise there was very good feedback from the guests. Thank you very much for your support.

I very much appreciate the punctuality and reliability of the entire process: starting with the preparation of the offer, through the delivery and set-up of the catering to the invoicing.
Very professional and highly recommended. The food is fresh, very tasty and appetizingly presented.
Small criticism: On the second day of the event, the driver did not set up, but only delivered.
That was ok, we did the set-up ourselves, but otherwise the driver always set up. He was still very friendly!

A little feedback on the Rösti-Talers - the Rösti were quite dry and had the consistency and taste of cardboard. Many of the team gave this feedback and I also had this experience. Otherwise, everything else tasted very good.

The presentation of the food is very good. The plates are organic. Price unfortunately a little too high.
Wraps were not well received. Meat sometimes too sweet. Overall, more choice/variation would be good.

Unfortunately, the service beforehand wasn't that great. For example, consultation appointments were not kept etc. but the delivery was on time, attractively presented and the food was really delicious!

For me as a "first-time booker", it was particularly important that the ladies on the phone not only knew what they were talking about, but were also able to have a calming effect on me in the excitement and assure me that "everything will fit and be there on time". And so it was. Even more than punctual. The offer and price/performance were better in comparison than other providers I checked. So next time aveato again
