Am Freitag habe ich am Online Kochkurs 'Ayurvedisch Kochen für Einsteiger' teilgenommen. Wir haben ein leckeres Einpfannengericht zubereitet. Die Zutatenliste ist eine Woche vor Kursbeginn zugesendet worden. Alle Kräuter, Gemüse und sonstige Zutaten konnten vorher eingekauft werden.
Der Kurs hat viel Spaß gemacht, ich hab viel über die ayurvedische Küche gelernt und das Essen selbst war sehr lecker (und gesund). Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und es Zeit für Fragen zwischendurch gegeben. Vorab hat man einen Doshatest bekommen und Martina hat erklärt wie man das Essen entsprechend des eigenen Typs anpassen kann.
