Struggled with lower back and neck pain for ages leading to migraines, did the 12 week program with Hlengiwe, and have felt incredible since, migraines are non-existent now and I no long feel like an 80 year old man when standing for longer than 10 mins.

As someone who has lived a life full of pain since around 7 years old my now monthly appointments are a life saver and the simple exercises have really helped to reduce my pain and improve my posture which suffers due to the work I do. When I have had changes in my health they have adapted my treatment to suit. I can’t recommend them enough.

My regular monthly sessions help to very much ease my aches and pains, with immediate benefits after each session.

I have hip, knee & achilles pain associated with arthritis and I always leave the clinic after a massage or osteo treatment with less pain and stiffness and feeling more relaxed with freer movement

Banchory Spinal Health 🙌 Every month I have my session which helps me to function better at work and in my spare time. Recently I have done months of DIY and I was counting the days to go to get some relief from my sore neck, arms and legs. I always feel so much better, taller and pain free after. All personnel is friendly and happy to reschedule my appointment when I have forgotten one. There are offers on discounts so now and then on a massage, which I won’t pass by. Great place and would recommend it to anyone

When I first came to the clinic I had a very painful back. Within a couple of visits I was on the mend. The highlight was being able to put my socks on. I now come every month to keep my back in good order.

SuAnn is my monthly saviour, without her friendly approach and expertise I would not be able to function freely until my next appointment.

I’ve attended BSH for some time now. Not only has it made my day to day more manageable, but the team (especially Tracy) went above and beyond after I had a recent diagnosis to help me to improve my neck mobility and strength.
