Mr. Pfister advised me on a complex financing request. He is competent, clearly structured, very professional, has an incredibly large technical expertise, an excellent network and a wealth of experience.
I greatly appreciate his accessibility, honesty, professionalism and commitment. Even last-minute change requests are never a problem and his willingness to work outside of normal office hours has simply blown me away.

Daniel brought out the best for us with his experience, his competence and his contacts. We were absolutely thrilled by his quick processing, super friendly advice, and his explanations, which make such extensive contracts understandable even to a layman. We approached Mr. Pfister with a financing offer from our house bank in hand to get a feel for how good the offer really was. Fully transparent, he admitted, after he had all the relevant information about our situation, that he could not make us a better offer in this case and would warmly recommend the offer of the house bank to us. Without the prospect of a commission, we still had a consultation on the phone in addition to the flexible and round-the-clock advice via Whatsapp. He made us aware of possible pitfalls and even offered us everything Gegenzulesen so that we do not make any wrong decisions. In the end, he didn't even accept a tip. I would turn to Mr. Pfister again at any time and hope that with the next property also a commission for him rausspringt. 6/5 stars!
