Recommendation
We found Mr. Dickes and his team through a recommendation. We had our first meeting and went over our initial financing plan several years ago. Unfortunately, there wasn’t the right option for us at that time. But what impressed us right from the start was the exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable advice—with absolutely no sales pressure, just a lot of helpfulness and support.

And then, suddenly, the right offer came along! Of course, we had many questions—I especially did. Every single one was answered with incredible patience, kindness, and expertise. A huge thank you for that!

Without Mr. Dickes and his team, we would never have been able to structure our financing this way. We felt well taken care of and guided throughout the entire process. Thanks to the team’s combined expertise, we were able to clarify even the most complex questions and find a solution for every problem. We’d also like to extend a special thank you to Ms. Rebekka Frank-Peschutter, who worked with us to develop a renovation plan that we’re very comfortable with and who openly communicated where problems might arise and how we can avoid them. Top-notch support!

We can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Dickes and his team and are incredibly excited about our new home. Thank you so much for the wonderful support along the way!

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Dickes for his excellent and professional assistance in financing our home.

From our very first conversation, we felt we were in excellent hands with him. Mr. Dickes took plenty of time for us, answered our questions clearly, and addressed our specific needs and situation individually. His advice was always transparent, honest, and, above all, pressure-free.

We were particularly impressed that Mr. Dickes took another close look at our situation and actually found even better financing terms for us, even though we had originally assumed we already had the best possible offer. This helped us financially and, of course, made us all the happier.

Throughout the entire process, Mr. Dickes was reliably available to us and consistently put our minds at ease. Especially when making a decision as big as buying a house, it’s incredibly valuable to have someone by your side whom you can trust and who truly looks out for your best interests.

We are very grateful for the support and can recommend Mr. Dickes and his team with a clear conscience. We will gladly turn to him again with confidence for future financing needs and other matters.

Thank you very much, Mr. Dickes, for the excellent advice and the wonderful guidance on our journey to our very own home!

We have been working together successfully and in a spirit of trust for more than 8 years now. Our collaboration is always professional, open, and conducted as equals.

I particularly appreciate that even questions and topics that go well beyond the usual scope of a business relationship are received with trust, answered competently, and considered together. In doing so, the different perspectives of both sides are given equal consideration and reconciled in a way that is easy to understand.

Solutions aren’t simply imposed; instead, they’re developed together in a transparent and understandable way. It is precisely this combination of professional expertise, reliability, openness, and personal trust that makes this collaboration particularly valuable to me.

I can therefore wholeheartedly recommend working with them—100% recommendation!

Communication was smooth and effortless. Digitalization is a key factor here. Client meetings were held online, conveniently from home. In addition, sharing documents via Nextcloud significantly sped up the process, in my opinion. This approach is extremely efficient. All staff members were very polite, reliable, and courteous. We would not hesitate to use this company again if the need arises.

Once again, a huge thank you and kudos to everyone who contributed to our project. We greatly appreciate your customer-focused service.

I’m completely satisfied. They met our desired payment plan, and they really took everything we asked for into account. The advice is top-notch, and I really appreciate that they came by in person so we could meet the people behind the service. They also looked into where we could save money (insurance, etc.). All our questions were always answered in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. I’m glad we arranged our financing here.

Baugeld Mitteldeutschland Leipzig Comment from Baugeld Mitteldeutschland Leipzig:
Dear Ebert family, dear Jens,
It's now official: we've actually managed to finance the whole family 😉
I am all the more pleased that your wonderful family can now also live the dream of their own sheltered living space.
This is exactly what we do our best for every day: keeping to the desired rate, paying attention to details, showing options for saving money - and, above all, being there in person. Not just on the phone, but also face to face. Because trust is built when you know who you are dealing with.
The greatest compliment for us is that you feel completely satisfied, fairly advised and well supported in the long term. If, in the end, no one has the feeling that they have "just taken out a loan" but have made a good decision, then we have done everything right.
Thank you very much for your trust, your openness and this great feedback.
I sincerely wish you many happy moments, children's laughter and a great feeling of home in your new phase of life.

Best regards

My experience with Mr. Dickes and his team was thoroughly positive.

I am completely satisfied with the financing. The advice was truly top-notch: super friendly, knowledgeable, and always approachable. They took plenty of time to explain everything clearly, so I always felt well taken care of.

I was particularly impressed that they truly secured the best financial outcome for me—and without any false promises. Communication was consistently customer-focused, transparent, and honest.

Even when it came to preparing documents, everything was kept as straightforward as possible, always accompanied by a friendly and helpful demeanor. That made the entire process much easier.

The energy-based future consultation was also a major plus and demonstrates that they truly take a holistic approach here.

I highly recommend them. I’d go back anytime!

When we were told at the beginning of the year that the owner wanted to sell our apartment, we were initially shocked. What would happen next? Where would we find a new apartment, or should we buy the apartment ourselves? Through our real estate agent, we learned about Bargeld Mitteldeutschland and got in touch with Mr. Dickes. From the very beginning, we felt understood and very well advised during our conversations with him. Thanks to his expertise, reliability, and empathy, he found the right solution for us. Mr. Dickes provided us with excellent support throughout the entire process, from financing to the purchase of the apartment. We would also like to thank Ms. Frank-Perschutter for her professional and equally reliable assistance. She provided us with comprehensive advice and presented solutions, both regarding our current apartment purchase and the analysis of our existing property. In summary, the team at Bargeld Mitteldeutschland—Mr. Dickes and Ms. Frank-Perschutter—did an excellent job for us—friendly, dedicated, and competent. We would recommend them without hesitation.
