We’re now using Baumaster more and more extensively in our projects and particularly appreciate its ease of use and the centralized organization of project information. The continuous development of the software and the regular updates, which consistently integrate new features and improvements, are particularly noteworthy.

We still see room for improvement in some areas, such as networked construction, the construction schedule, and document management. Nevertheless, the platform is steadily moving in the right direction.

The excellent support is also worth special mention. Inquiries are handled quickly and competently, ensuring that problems can be resolved promptly.

Overall, this is a highly recommended software solution for digital project management in the construction industry.

Finally a solution with which construction site logs, findings and photo documentation can be created quickly and easily. In addition, the system significantly reduces the time required to occasionally reprocess old topics.
Overall, this increases the productivity of the project manager by around 20%.

There are currently text templates for the header and footer of the logs. We are currently in the process of designing templates for entire protocols according to use cases. We assume that the conversion to protocol templates can be implemented in 2026.
