After attending 2 presentations by Mr. Baur, we were convinced that we would only sell our property through an estate agent. The choice was easy for us. The personal contact with Mr. Baur and also with Mr. Moscatello as well as the presentation of our property was absolutely professional.
Viewings were always carried out with shoe covers.
Even in difficult times, we felt that we received the best possible support. Preliminary discussions before the notary appointment and final settlement with handover of the keys after receipt of the purchase price - we were well looked after.
We would also like to mention the always friendly and helpful staff in the branch.
We were very satisfied and can only recommend BAUR Immobilien.

We attended one of the info lectures "Tips and tricks from the real estate professional" by Mr. Baur on 19.10.23. The lecture was not only very informative, but convinced by the immense wealth of experience of the lecturer and his professional competence and knowledge. Very helpful are also the free of charge provided technical brochures, which we received at the lecture.

With Mr. Preyer from Baur Immobilien, I was convinced from the very first conversation that I had a very competent and reliable partner at my side. The professional initial consultation convinced me in the choice of the broker as well as the presentation of the property, the accompaniment during the marketing of my apartment up to the notary appointment. In the end, the sale took place very quickly and at the planned conditions. I can and will therefore recommend Baur Immobilien at any time with a clear conscience.

This was a non-binding market value assessment. The contact person was Mr. Maurizio Moscatello. We were very satisfied with his person and his appearance all around.
He met our expectations in every respect in the execution and consultation, both in the quality and usefulness of the valuation. No important questions remained unanswered.
Therefore, the overall rating in all relevant points is very good or 5 stars!

Technical lecture attended
"Liability traps in the purchase contract" - on the sale of real estate.
Frank Baur is not only rhetorically convincing, but shines in the lecture with true expertise.
One will probably be well advised to turn to Baur when selling real estate.
The real estate agent knows what he is talking about, not least due to years of experience in the real estate sector.
Very convincing personality.
Thank you for all this valuable information !
If you intend to sell your property privately, you should definitely attend this lecture in order not to fall into one of the traps shown.
It seems to make sense to put the sale in these competent hands.

Already at our first meeting for the inspection and evaluation of our house, with Mr. Baur pers. we were absolutely convinced by his competence and extremely friendly manner. Ms. Ricker then took over the further processing. We could rely on her at any time. Since we live far away as sellers, we knew our house with you always in the best hands. We greatly appreciated your empathy and helpfulness in such an emotional matter as the sale of a home. We have noticed that at Baur Immobilien the satisfaction of seller and buyer is in the foreground and not the commission payment. Hello together. I thank together with my husband for the successful mediation of our apartment.
It is currently not an easy time to successfully sell a property at a good price especially when you as the owner become a tenant. Mr. Horn and his colleagues did an excellent job with a lot of friends, optimism and professional competence, our heartfelt thanks go to them.

Especially worth mentioning:
- very good communication, we were always informed about upcoming appointments
- clear schedule from the beginning, no short term actions
- professional realization of the exposé
- complete package -> all work was done for us (energy certificate, notary, ...)
- serious and reserved way of working
- Mr. Pflug was responsive to us, our wishes were the focus!

Mrs. Fa has received after pos. experiences with the evaluation our Immo in the Kemptenstr. 117a the order to evaluate and sell the App32.
The design of the exposé and the implementation of the buyer selection as well as the negotiations / processing up to today's notary appointment were to our complete satisfaction.
