Dealing with Beam to have my vacuum system serviced and repaired has been seamless. Emma took the order and arranged a date and Paul arrived on time and very efficiently completed his work. He left the place spotless and was entertaining to chat too. All round couldn't fault the customer service and the machine itself now 25 years old have been superb value and required little attention over the years.

From speaking to the advisor on the phone to the gentleman calling to fix the problem it was handled in a friendly very polite manner even under the circumstances with the weather on Friday .. Can’t thank Paul enough for fixing the problem it.. This is the second time Paul has called with us and he does such a great job and leaves the place clean

Having had Beam vacuum system for 25 years I thought it had finally given up but Beam came and replaced the motor and filter system and it didn’t cost anywhere near what I thought and we have a vacuum better than ever. Highly recommend this company
